Our branch of Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd is located at 123, Santosh Nagar, right on the Gopalpura Bypass near Ajmer Road in Jaipur. It’s a spot that sees a lot of traffic every single day, with cars and bikes constantly zooming past on the bypass. The office is right in the middle of all that action. We spend our time helping people figure out their travel plans, which means a lot of hours staring at computer screens and checking flight schedules. The space itself is pretty basic. We have some posters on the walls of different places people might want to visit, but mostly it’s just desks and computers. It can get pretty noisy because of the road outside, so we often have to speak up when we are on the phone. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, which is just part of living in Jaipur. We aren't trying to be anything fancy here. We just sit in Santosh Nagar and try to make sure people get their tickets and hotel bookings sorted without too many errors. People walk in from the street with all sorts of questions, and we do our best to find the answers in our system. It’s a lot of repetitive work, clicking through websites and filling out forms, but we are used to the rhythm of it. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in, trying to handle the travel rush as it comes.
