Our office is tucked away at 59A in I.P. Colony, which is over in Sector 30-33 of Faridabad. Being near NHPC Chowk means there is always something going on outside. The traffic can get a bit loud during the rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns by now. We’ve been set up here for quite some time, focusing on helping people get their travel sorted out. It’s not always a smooth process because travel can be tricky with all the cancellations and changes that happen these days. We spend a lot of our morning catching up on emails and checking if the systems are running right. The office is pretty simple, just desks and some chairs and a lot of filing cabinets that probably need organizing. We have a small team here and we mostly just focus on getting the work done without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes people drop by because they’re confused about a booking they made online, and we try to sit down and figure out where the mistake happened. It’s a lot of screen time and talking on the phone. Faridabad is a hardworking city, and we feel like we fit right in with the local vibe. We just show up, do the hours, and try to make sure folks get to where they’re going without too much trouble. Sometimes the printer runs out of ink right when we need a paper copy, and that's just our luck.
