We are located at B-21 on the ground floor in Prashant Vihar, New Delhi, zip code 110085. This is where we handle a lot of travel-related work. People are coming in and out all day asking about bus tickets, flights, and holiday trips. It gets very busy, especially when the holiday season is coming up and everyone wants to go visit family or take a vacation. Since we are on the ground floor, it is very easy for people to just walk in and ask a quick question. We have a few desks with old computers where we spend our time looking up dates and prices. The office isn't very large, but we try to keep it as organized as we can. Prashant Vihar is a pretty active neighborhood, so there is always noise from the cars and people outside. Most of our day is spent clicking through booking screens and talking to people on the phone who are trying to change their plans. Sometimes the internet gets slow, which is frustrating, but we just wait it out and apologize to anyone waiting. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations inside, just some old maps and travel brochures. Most of the staff here have been doing this for a long time. We aren't trying to sell anyone anything they don't really want. We just help them find a way to get where they need to go. It's a plain, practical office for a busy job.
