Xcess Infoways (P) Ltd, Gurgaon

Xcess Infoways (P) Ltd, Gurgaon is located in Tyagi Wara, Badshahpur. This is an older part of Gurgaon, away from the big malls and glass towers. It’s got a much more traditional feel to it. Our office is a simple building that doesn't stand out much from the others on the street. We don't have any flashy signs or a modern lobby. Inside, it's just a regular workspace with some desks and a lot of computers. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just come in every day and do our work. The streets in Tyagi Wara can be quite narrow and crowded, especially on market days. It can be a bit of a struggle to get here sometimes, but we like the energy of the area. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. We all just work together and talk like normal people. There’s no marketing department here to tell us how to speak. We just say what’s on our minds. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just part of the routine. We spend a lot of time drinking chai and discussing the day's tasks. It’s a small, tight-knit group. We aren't looking for any awards or big recognition. We just want to do a good job for the people who hire us. That is pretty much the whole story of our office here in Badshahpur.
