You’ll find Wiz Realtors over at C-2283 in Sushant Lok-I. It’s right in C-Block in Gurgaon. The area is pretty well-known for being a residential hub. Our office is a straightforward spot. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people who come in to talk about property. It’s not a high-rise building, just a regular place in the colony. The trees outside give a bit of shade in the afternoons which is nice. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and listings on our computers. It can get a bit dusty with all the construction happening nearby, but that’s just how Gurgaon is these days. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what we know about the local blocks. The cupboard in the back is full of old files and folders from years ago. We probably should clear it out, but it’s part of the office now and we know where everything is. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and we just wait it out while drinking some water. It’s a low-key environment. We like it this way because it’s not stressful like the big agencies. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or ask about a plot nearby. We just stay here and manage the day-to-day things. It’s a simple life for us at the office, making sure the records are right and the phone is answered.
