Westin Sohna Gurgaon Resort & Spa

We run our operations from A-83/2, which is one of the S.F.S. Flats in Saket, New Delhi. It’s a residential flat that we’ve turned into an office space to manage the resort and spa in Sohna. Working out of Saket is convenient because it’s a nice area with lots of trees and parks nearby. The flat itself is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and marketing materials stored in the spare rooms. You have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to us, which is good exercise I suppose. Most of our day is spent on the phone talking to the team over at the resort in Gurgaon. We also deal with a lot of bookings and guest queries from this desk. The kitchen in the flat is where we make our coffee and store our lunch boxes. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the busy resort. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we have too many couriers coming in and out, but we try to keep things low-key. We’ve been in this Saket flat for quite a while now and it feels like home. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anything, just a few chairs in the living room area for when people visit. It’s a practical way to manage a big property without needing a huge office in the middle of a commercial district. We just keep things running from the flat.
