We have been operating out of Plot No. 419 in Pace City-Ii for quite a few years now. Vishal Shuttering Pvt. Ltd. is not some massive corporation with shiny glass walls. We are tucked away in Sector 37, which is a very active area for manufacturing and heavy industry. Our main thing is shuttering and various types of formwork. It involves a lot of heavy lifting and dealing with plenty of metal. The yard can get a bit cluttered when we are extra busy, especially during the peak building months. Most of the staff live in the nearby neighborhoods, so we have become like a little community here. We drink a lot of chai during our breaks to keep going. The office is just a simple room with some old chairs and a computer that acts a bit slow sometimes. We do not really do the whole corporate thing here. If a contractor needs plates or props for a project, they usually just show up and we check what we have in the current stock. We have had some rainy seasons that made the yard a total muddy mess, but we just keep working through it. It is just part of the trade. You learn to deal with the weather and the tight schedules. Most people find us because they saw our name on a construction site or heard it from a friend. We just do the job.
