Virgin Atlantic

Our office for Virgin Atlantic is located right in East Azad Nagar, specifically on Street No-9. If you know the Krishna Nagar area, we are quite close to that. It’s a busy part of New Delhi-51 and there is always something going on outside our windows. The space inside 104 is mostly taken up by our computers and some chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails about flights and bookings. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and notes we take during the day. Sometimes the internet is slow and that makes things take longer than they should, which can be a bit frustrating for everyone. We have a small area in the back where we keep the water cooler and some extra supplies. People from around the neighborhood walk past all day. We try to keep things organized but during the busy season, it feels like there are folders everywhere. It is a straightforward place to work. No one wears fancy suits here, we just dress comfortably for the Delhi weather. The morning starts with opening up the shutters and letting some air in before the sun gets too high. We do our best to handle whatever comes our way without making a big deal out of it. It’s just how we run things here in this corner of the city.
