Our office is located at 179-B in the New Colony area of Gurgaon. It’s an older part of the city compared to the new high-rises you see everywhere else nowadays. We’ve been operating from this building for quite a while now. Most of our day is spent dealing with property matters and talking to contractors or people looking for a place to move. It’s a lot of meetings and looking at maps of the local area on the wall. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and chairs and a lot of cabinets filled with old records and dusty files. We know this part of Gurgaon like the back of our hands. Things have changed so much around here over the last decade, with new buildings going up every month and the roads getting busier. We just try to keep up with it all as best we can. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other times it's dead quiet for hours on end. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp while we go through the contracts. Dealing with real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the legal stuff and permissions, but we’ve been at it long enough to know the ropes. It’s a local business through and through, and we like being in New Colony because it feels more like a real community than the fancy corporate parks where nobody knows their neighbor.
