If you are looking for us, you have to head over to Chakker Pur village in the Gurgaon district. We are based at Dharmendra Kumar’s place. It is care of Roshanlal, who was the Sarpanch of the village. Most people around here can point you in the right direction because everyone knows the family. We do facility management work from this location. It is not a typical office in one of those shiny Gurgaon glass towers. We are right in the middle of the village where things are much more traditional. We handle maintenance and other property services for people. It is a very direct and personal way of doing things. We don't have a big corporate staff. It is mostly just a few of us who know the area well. We grew up around these streets, so we know how things work here. The village has grown a lot with the city expanding, but we still operate out of this same spot. We don't use any fancy language or make big promises about what we do. We just listen to what people need and try to get it sorted out for them. It is a practical business built on knowing our neighbors. We spend a lot of time talking to folks outside or in the small office area. It is a humble setup, but it works for us and the people we help. We just take things one day at a time.
