Our office is located at 107, Saraswati Vihar, over in the Housing Board Colony area of Gurgaon. We go by the name Vipul Facility Management Pvt. Ltd., but mostly we are just the people you call when things need to be looked after. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps buildings running, like cleaning and making sure the lights stay on. It is a lot of logistics and phone calls throughout the day. The office here in Saraswati Vihar is where we do all our planning and sorting out the schedules for the staff. It gets pretty hectic with people coming in and out, checking their equipment or picking up their assignments for the shift. Gurgaon is a busy place to do this kind of work because there are so many buildings that need constant attention. We have been based in this colony for some time, and it is a decent spot for us to operate from. There is nothing too flashy about our setup; it is just desks, computers, and a lot of clipboards. We spend our time managing teams and making sure the supplies are stocked up. Sometimes the traffic in Gurgaon makes getting to different sites a real headache, but that is just part of the job. We focus on the practical side of things, like fixing what is broken and keeping everything tidy for the clients we look after. It is just regular work for a regular team.
