Our main spot is in New Brijpuri, near the Preet Vihar police station in New Delhi. We operate out of a space provided by Mr. Shahid Khan at B/6. It is a busy area, especially being so close to the police station where there is always something going on. We handle a lot of facility management work, which mostly means we are constantly on the phone or organizing crews to go out and fix things. Our office is a simple room with a few tables and a lot of logbooks. We don't have any fancy signs or expensive furniture. It is the kind of place where you can hear the street noise all day, from the honking cars to the local vendors. We spend our time managing schedules and making sure everyone has the supplies they need for their cleaning or maintenance jobs. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when multiple calls come in at once, but we just take it one step at a time. The heat in Delhi can be tough, so we keep the coolers running as much as we can. We are just regular people working in a crowded part of the city. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the paperwork. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment where the focus is just on the daily grind of keeping other buildings running smoothly while we work out of our little corner in New Brijpuri.
