Vipul Facility Management P. Ltd

Our office is in House No. 1733, over in Sector 23 of Gurgaon. We operate out of this house, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a big glass building. We spend our time managing different facilities, which means we are always on the phone talking to guards or cleaning crews. There is a lot of movement in and out of the house. People come by to pick up their uniforms or drop off reports. The living room area has been turned into a main work hub with desks pushed against the walls. We have stacks of schedules and maintenance logs everywhere. It is a busy environment because something is always breaking or needing attention somewhere else. We keep a large map of the area on the wall to track all the locations we look after. The kitchen is where we keep the coffee pot going all day long. In the afternoons, the sun hits the front windows and it gets quite warm inside. We just pull the curtains and keep working. It is a straightforward operation run by people who know how to manage buildings. We don't worry about looking like a big corporation. We just care about making sure the toilets work and the lights stay on at the places we manage. It’s a lot of coordination every single day. We deal with many small problems.
