Vertex Customer Services,Gurgaon

We are over here at Maitry Apartments, specifically in unit 104 in Sector 56 of Gurgaon. It’s not a huge office or anything fancy, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Vertex Customer Services has been running from this spot for a bit now. Gurgaon is always moving fast, and being in Haryana means things are usually quite busy around us. We handle a lot of different things for customers. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's a bit quieter so we can catch up on paperwork. The apartments are nice enough, though parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time of day. We’ve got a small team here. We mostly just focus on finishing the tasks we have for the day and making sure nothing gets missed. It's a local setup, so you won't find any corporate lobby or receptionists in suits. Just us at our desks. Sector 56 has changed a lot since we started, with more shops and people around than before. We like being in this part of Gurgaon because it’s easy for most of us to get to work. We just keep things simple and try to stay organized in our little corner of the building. It gets the job done and that is what matters to us at the end of the shift.
