Vertex Customer Services

We have been here in C 1/359 Palam Vihar for a good while now. Vertex Customer Services is basically just us sitting at our desks in Gurgaon, trying to help people who call in with all sorts of problems. It gets pretty loud in the office sometimes, especially when all the phones start ringing at once, but that is just how it goes. Most days are busy, and we spend a lot of time looking at screens or talking through headsets. The area around Palam Vihar is decent, and there are some good spots to grab tea nearby which helps when the shift feels long and tiring. We don't have any fancy furniture or anything like that, just what we need to get the job done. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait for it to come back so we can keep working. It isn't a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and we know the neighborhood well. People often stop by asking for directions because our building is easy to find once you are on the right street. We try to keep things organized, though papers sometimes pile up on the tables when it gets frantic. Our team is small, mostly locals who live close by, so nobody has to commute too far in the traffic. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. It's a straightforward setup here in Gurgaon and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place.
