Vertex Customer Services

We operate out of Kendriya Vihar in Sector 56, specifically Flat-902 on the 9th floor of the Ms-04 block. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is slow, but the view from up here in Gurgaon is actually pretty good. Vertex Customer Services is basically a small team working out of this space. It’s not your typical corporate office with cubicles and a lobby. This place feels more like a home because it actually is a flat. Ms. Debanjali Gupta is usually around keeping things moving for us. A lot of calls and emails come through during the day. It gets a bit hectic sometimes, especially when everyone seems to have a problem at the exact same time. We just sit at our desks and try to sort things out one by one. Being in a quiet residential area for the most part makes it a nice place to work. There isn't a big reception desk or anything like that. People usually just call us up instead of visiting. We've been in this part of Gurgaon for a while and we're used to the rhythm of the building. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work to catch up on. No fancy perks or canteens are found here, just a kitchen where we make our own coffee. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we do. We just focus on answering questions and helping out whoever gets through on the phone. It is steady work and we do our best.
