We are Vatika Hosipitality Pvt. Ltd and our office is based in Gurgaon, Haryana 122002. Being in the hospitality business means we are always thinking about what other people need. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. The office isn’t anything special to look at. It’s just a space with desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We have some folders piled up on the desks and a calendar marked with all sorts of dates. Gurgaon is such a fast-paced place that sometimes it feels like we are just trying to keep up. The 122002 area is right in the middle of things. We see the city changing every day outside our window. It’s noisy and there’s always some construction going on. We don’t have any fancy titles or a big corporate handbook. We just know what needs to be done to keep the hospitality side of things moving. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long and we all just want to go get some street food. It’s a practical environment. We don’t use a lot of buzzwords. We just talk like regular people. The floor is a bit scuffed and the printer makes a weird noise, but it works. We’ve been here for a good while and we know the neighborhood well. It’s just our little corner of India where we do our daily work. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we know each other's habits.
