You can find us at House Number 2071 in Sector -46, Gurgaon. We’ve been in this part of Haryana for a while now. Vatika Group isn't just one thing; we do a lot of different projects around here. The office is a regular house that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a bit more character than a standard office building, I think. We spend our time looking at plans and talking to contractors and trying to make sure everything is built right. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it feels like we’re chasing our tails. Gurgaon is always dusty and loud with construction, and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't have any polished marketing speeches. We just show up and try to get the projects finished on time. Some days are better than others. Sometimes the paperwork piles up so high you can’t see the person across the desk. We just try to stay organized and keep moving forward. It’s a local business at heart, even if the projects are big. We know the streets around here well. We’re just a bunch of people working hard to build things that people will actually use. It’s not always pretty work, but it’s rewarding in its own way. We just keep our heads down and stay busy in Sector-46, trying to do things properly without making any unnecessary fuss.
