Vatika Group

We operate out of 671, Saraswati Vihar, which is in Gurgaon, Haryana. This part of Gurgaon feels a bit different from the Cyber City side; it’s a bit more settled and traditional. Our office for Vatika Group is right there in the middle of it. The building is a standard house-style office, and we have several rooms filled with desks and files. It gets quite warm in Haryana during the summer months, so the fans are always spinning. We have a small team here, and we’ve worked together for a long time. There isn't anything fancy about the way we work. We just show up, open the shutters, and start going through the paperwork for the day. We drink a lot of water and tea to get through the afternoons. Sometimes the street outside is quiet, and other times it’s full of kids playing or people walking to the local market. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually go out to the local dhabas or bring our own tiffins. The 671 address is easy to find once you are in Saraswati Vihar. We spend our time talking about property and plans, and the walls are covered with some old charts and maps. It’s a very grounded way of working, and we don’t really go in for any of that polished business talk you see online.
