Vatika Group

We have our office for Vatika Group at M-21 in New Roshan Pura, right in the Najafgarh area of New Delhi. It’s a busy part of the city, and the streets around here are always full of activity. We’ve got a simple setup in this building. It’s not one of those glass skyscrapers you see in the fancy parts of town, but it works for us. Most days, we’re just busy dealing with whatever comes across the desk. There’s a lot of coming and going, especially with people stopping by to ask questions or drop off papers. Najafgarh has a very local feel to it, and being based here means we’re right in the thick of the community. The 110043 zip code is pretty familiar to us by now. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The walls are a plain color and the furniture is just standard stuff that’s comfortable enough to sit in for eight hours. When it gets hot in the summer, we rely on the fans and the AC to keep things moving. Lunch is usually something brought from home or grabbed from a nearby stall. We’re just a group of people trying to do a decent job every day. It’s honest work and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, and we've gotten used to the noise and the rhythm of the street outside. It's just how we do things around here on a daily basis.
