We are Value Homz Realtors and you can find us at K-1/35, New Palam Vihar, Phase 1 in Gurgaon, Haryana. We have a small office here where we handle all our business. Most of what we do involves looking at houses and pieces of land in the local area. It is not a very big operation, just a few of us working together. We spend a lot of time on our phones talking to people who want to buy or sell property. Real estate in this part of Haryana moves pretty fast, so we have to stay on top of things. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We just tell people what we know about the properties they are interested in. Sometimes we spend the whole day out on the road visiting different sites. Other days we are just stuck in the office doing paperwork. It’s a lot of checking documents and making sure everything is correct. The office itself is pretty simple and we have maps of the neighborhood on the walls. We have been in New Palam Vihar for a while now, so we know the streets and the buildings around here quite well. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation.
