Usi Residency

This place is run by Trilokchand and we are located at 157-A in New Delhi. It's a busy area as you can imagine for Delhi 110021. We have rooms for people who are passing through or need a place to stay for a few days. It is not a five-star hotel with gold handles on the doors. It is just a regular house turned into a residency. We spend a lot of time cleaning and making sure the blankets are fresh. There is always someone at the desk, usually drinking tea or talking on the phone. The street outside can get pretty loud with the rickshaws and cars honking all the time. Sometimes the water pressure isn't the best, but we fix it when we can. Most of the guests are just looking for a bed and a fan that works. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers well. We’ve been here for years, so we know where to get the best snacks nearby. If you walk down the street, you can find almost anything you need. It’s a bit cramped in the office area with all the ledgers and keys hanging on the wall. We don't have a big website or a marketing team. We just open the doors every morning and hope for a quiet day. It’s just us doing our thing in this part of Delhi. We keep a few spare lightbulbs in the drawer because they always seem to blow out at night.
