Usha Breco Ltd. (Usha Martin Group)

We work out of B-36 on the ground floor of the Platinum Deluxe building in Ardee City. This is in Gurgaon, tucked away in a residential area. The office for Usha Breco Ltd. is basically a flat that we have turned into a workspace. It feels a lot more personal than working in one of those huge glass towers you see over in Cyber City. Since we are on the ground floor, we can see people walking by or kids playing in the street. There is a grocery shop just a short walk away where we go to buy milk and biscuits for the office. The space inside is filled with desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. It gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when everyone is busy. We have a small area where we can sit and have our lunch together. Sometimes the parking in Ardee City is a total mess, so we have to park quite far away and walk. We have been here for a good amount of time and the neighbors know us. It is a quiet street for the most part, except when the school buses come through. We just come in, do our jobs, and try to keep things organized. It is not a fancy corporate setup, just a practical place where a group of us works every day. We like the fact that it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office.
