Unitech

We run Unitech from H.No.249 in the Housing Board Colony, which is located in Sector-40 of Gurgaon. This isn't a high-rise office building or anything like that. It is a house in a regular colony where people live and kids play outside. We have been using this space for quite some time now. It feels more comfortable than a big cold office. We have turned the rooms into working spaces with tables and computers everywhere. Sector-40 is a busy area but the Housing Board Colony stays a bit more relaxed. We have our regulars who come by and we know the neighbors pretty well. Sometimes the courier guy gets confused with the house numbers, so we have to go out and wave him down. It is just a normal part of working from a place like this. We don't have a fancy board or a big staff. It is just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. Gurgaon is a fast city, but in our little corner at number 249, things feel a bit more grounded. We don't have any big slogans or fancy promises. We just wake up, come to the office, and deal with whatever the day brings. Most of our work is done over the phone or on the laptop. It is a quiet life and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It works for us.
