Unitech Country Club, Gurgaon

We're based over in Shantinagar, near Rajiv Chowk in Gurgaon. The address is actually House Number 266/20, and you’ll find us there with Kuldeep Yadav. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, not right on the main highway, so it can be a little quieter. We handle the club stuff from here, mostly dealing with the memberships and the day-to-day things that keep the place running. It’s not one of those huge, faceless offices. When you call or come by, you’re usually talking to the same few people every time. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going through the books to make sure everything is in order. Shantinagar has changed a lot with all the new buildings going up around Gurgaon, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We don't have any big corporate mission statements posted on the walls. We just try to make sure the members are happy and the facilities are in working condition. Sometimes the grass needs cutting or the pool needs extra work, and we’re the ones making sure that happens. It’s a lot of practical work that doesn’t always look pretty from the outside. We just show up every morning and get through the list of things to do. It’s a local business through and through. We spend a lot of time just keeping the paperwork and the maintenance on track.
