Trident Hilton

We are located over in Udyog Vihar, Phase-5. It is a big building, number 443, right in the middle of all those offices and factories in Gurgaon. This part of town is always moving and there is always someone arriving or leaving at odd hours. The lobby stays pretty busy most of the time. We have a lot of rooms to look after and it takes a big team of people to keep everything running. The kitchen is usually the loudest place in the whole building. We get a lot of people staying here for work reasons. It is not like a holiday resort where everyone is relaxed and taking their time. Guests are often in a big hurry and they want their check-in done fast so they can get to a meeting. We do what we can to keep up with the pace. Some days are smoother than others. If a big group arrives all at once, it gets a little chaotic behind the front desk. We spend a lot of time on our feet moving from one floor to another. The road outside can get really jammed with cars and buses. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the work feel a bit slower, but we just keep going. It is a decent place to work if you like being around people. We see all sorts of guests and we just try to get the job done right.
