This particular office for our operations is located in Devinder Vihar, over in Sector-056. It’s unit H-5045. We deal with a lot of the background work that goes into the hospitality side of things for the hotels. Gurgaon is a major hub for this kind of work, and being in Sec-056 keeps us close to where a lot of the action is. It’s an apartment-style office, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have computers set up and a lot of files regarding guest services and management. It can get a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we make it work. We aren’t the ones you see at the front desk in the big hotels, but we’re the ones making sure the logistics behind the scenes are sorted out. There’s always a lot of coordination needed between different departments. We spend hours on the phone or responding to emails about bookings and staffing. Sometimes the power goes out in the sector, and we all just have to take a break until it comes back. It’s a very human way to work. We don’t have a big marketing budget or flashy ads. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done so the hotels can run the way they’re supposed to. It’s just a group of us in a quiet residential area doing our best. We try to keep the paperwork organized.
