We are Travel Inn Pvt Ltd New Delhi, but our actual workspace is situated at N 70 in Phase One of New Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. It's a bit of a distance from the main city center of Delhi, but we find it’s a good spot to handle our travel business. The office is right there in the residential-cum-commercial mix of New Palam Vihar. We handle a lot of different travel arrangements, mostly focusing on getting people where they need to go without any big issues. It’s a typical office setup with computers, some old travel posters on the walls, and stacks of itineraries waiting to be filed. We deal with everything from train tickets to complicated flight schedules. The area around Phase One is always humming with activity, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors pretty well over the years. Sometimes the traffic in Gurgaon makes it hard for clients to visit, so we do most of our talking over the phone or through email. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us working through the daily list of bookings and cancellations. We try to stay organized, though some days the paperwork piles up faster than we can manage. It’s a steady kind of job, and we just keep pushing through the busy seasons when everyone wants to go on vacation at once and the phones don't stop ringing.
