Travel I

We operate out of Gurgaon, mostly handling things through our correspondence address here in Haryana. We don’t really have a big storefront where you can just walk in and see travel brochures everywhere on the walls. Most of our work is done over the phone or through messages these days. It’s just a small office setup, really. We handle travel stuff for people who need to get from one place to another without a lot of hassle. Gurgaon is a fast-moving place, and everyone is always in a rush, so we try to keep up with that pace. We’ve been at this for a while now. Some days are just filled with fixing mistakes in bookings or trying to find a better price for a flight for someone. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but we like helping people figure out their trips. We aren’t a huge agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who really know the ropes. We don't use fancy software or anything too complicated to get things done. We just use what works for us. Sometimes the traffic in Gurgaon makes it hard for us to even get to the office on time in the mornings, but we make it work. It’s a very basic operation, no frills at all. We just focus on getting the tickets and the dates right for everyone who calls us up for help.
