We are based in Gurgaon at F-286 in Dharam Colony. This is over in the Palam Vihar Extension area. It is a residential neighborhood that has a lot of small offices like ours tucked away in the houses. The streets are a bit narrow and parking can be a real headache if you come at the wrong time. We work on the computers all day helping people with their travel stuff. It isn't a shiny office building with a glass front. It’s more like a regular house that we converted into a workspace. We have a few rooms filled with desks and computers. The neighbors are mostly families, so you hear kids playing outside or the local vegetable sellers calling out their prices. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy reception desk. We just answer emails and phone calls. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a loud rattling noise, but it keeps us cool in the Gurgaon heat. It’s a very laid-back environment. We wear casual clothes and drink a lot of tea while we work. Most people who work here live nearby in Palam Vihar. It’s just a group of us trying to keep the website running and making sure the bookings go through without any errors.
