If you’re looking for us, we’re located at 195/21, right in Lane Ni:2 in Madanpuri, Gurgaon. It’s a smaller office, not one of those big glass buildings you see in the Cyber City area. We like it this way because it’s a bit more grounded and we know our neighbors. Most of the work involves sitting at our desks, looking at flight schedules, and trying to find the best routes for people who come in. The phones ring pretty much all day, and there’s always someone asking about visa requirements or train timings. We’ve got maps on the walls and piles of brochures that we really should organize better. Sometimes the internet goes slow right when we’re trying to book a ticket, which can be quite frustrating, but we usually find a way to make it work. We’ve been in Madanpuri for a while, so we’ve seen the area change a lot. It’s a lot of regular people stopping by, some who are planning their first trip abroad and others who just need a quick bus ticket to the next state. We don't use any fancy booking systems that cost a fortune; we just use what works. It’s a simple business, really. We just show up, drink some tea, talk to our customers, and try to get everyone where they need to go without too much trouble. We mostly rely on people telling their friends about us.
