Our office is located over at the Potash Research Institute of India in Gurgaon. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a travel company, but it works for us. We’ve been here in Haryana for a good while now. Travel & Leisure Pvt. Ltd. is basically a small group of people who know a lot about trips and holidays. Most of our time is spent looking at maps and booking systems on our computers. It's not a very glamorous job despite what the name suggests. We deal with all sorts of requests, from people looking for a quick getaway to families planning something bigger. The research institute is a quiet place to be, which is nice when the phones are ringing off the hook. There isn't a big flashy storefront on a main road to attract attention. People usually find us through word of mouth or by coming to the institute for other reasons. We just try to be helpful and get the details right. Making a mistake in this business is easy if you’re not careful, so we take our time with the bookings. No fancy uniforms are worn here or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. The commute in Gurgaon can be a pain with the traffic, but once we’re at the desk, it’s all about getting the work done. We’ve been around the block a few times and know the travel world well. It’s just us doing our thing.
