We've been operating here in Gurgaon for quite a while now. Most days it's just us at the desks, handling bookings and talking to people who want to go somewhere new. It gets busy, especially when the phones start ringing all at once in the morning. We deal with all sorts of travel plans. Sometimes it's just a quick flight to Mumbai, other times it’s someone planning a whole family trip. The traffic in Gurgaon can be a nightmare, so we usually just stay put in the office and get things done. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us who know how to look through the systems. It’s not always easy, things go wrong with bookings or flights get canceled, and then we have to sort it out. That's basically what our day looks like. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years. Buildings going up everywhere. Our space is simple, nothing fancy. Just computers, some chairs, and plenty of tea. People drop by sometimes to ask about prices. We try to give them a straight answer without too much talk. It’s hard work keeping up with all the changes in travel rules lately. But we keep at it. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on getting the details right so people don't have issues later on. It’s just how we do things here in the office. No big speeches, just work.
