Out here in Gurgaon, at 69 Institutional Area, things move pretty fast. Being a transport company, we’ve got trucks coming and going, or at least we’re always on the phone tracking where they are. This part of Haryana is full of big buildings, but our office feels more like a place where real work happens. It’s not all shiny glass and quiet rooms. There’s always the sound of printers going or someone arguing about a delivery schedule. We’ve been at this address for a long time, so the local tea stall guy knows exactly what everyone wants. In the summer, the air conditioning struggles a bit, but we make do with fans. You’ll find piles of logs and charts on most desks because moving stuff across the country takes a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the rainy season messes up the roads around here, making the commute a bit of a nightmare for the staff. We don't really have a fancy reception area. If you walk in, you’re likely to see someone busy with a spreadsheet or talking to a driver on his mobile. It’s a practical environment. People here are hard workers who know the routes and the rates by heart. We just keep the wheels turning, literally. It's a bit loud and messy sometimes, but that’s just the nature of the business in this part of town.
