We are over in Shyam Vihar, specifically at E-248 in the Nazafgarh area of Delhi. It’s a busy spot where we handle all the logistics stuff every day. Usually, the morning starts quite early here with everyone coming in to check the latest schedules and routes. The office itself is just a regular place where we keep track of where different items are going. Nazafgarh can get pretty crowded with traffic and noise, so we spend a good chunk of our time on the phone or looking at maps to figure out the best ways through. Most of us working here have been around for a long time and we know these local streets by heart. We do not have a fancy lobby or any of that polished stuff, just a bunch of desks, some computers, and plenty of tea going around in glass cups. Outside the building, you can always hear the usual Delhi street sounds, but inside we just try to keep things organized and moving. It is not always easy, especially when the dust from the road comes in or the heat gets bad, but we manage to get the work finished. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the tables and we just have to sit through it one by one until it is all sorted out. It is a very practical kind of job. We don’t really do much else besides making sure the transport side of things moves along. People stop by for signatures or to drop off papers throughout the day. It is a simple setup at our address.
