We've been at Tci House in Sector 32 for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in Gurgaon, right there in the institutional area. Most days here are just about keeping the trucks moving and making sure things get where they need to go without too much trouble. It is a big operation, but on the ground, it’s mostly just us answering phones and checking schedules. The office here is usually full of paperwork and people trying to coordinate drivers across different routes. It gets a bit loud and messy sometimes, especially when things are moving fast. We aren't really into fancy talk; we just focus on the logistics. If you walk into our place at 69 Institutional Area, you'll see a lot of people who have been doing this for years. We know the roads and we know how long things take. It’s just honest work in the transport business. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to get in, but we manage. We’ve seen the area change a lot since we set up here. People know us as the place that handles the heavy lifting. There isn't much more to it than that. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. It’s what keeps the country moving, one delivery at a time. We've got our routine down and it works for us and the people we help out every single day. We don't need any awards to know we're doing okay.
