The office is at B-87 in the MIG Flats area of East of Loni Road in Shahadara. It’s a residential neighborhood in Delhi, so it’s got a very local feel. We are based in one of those flats, and it’s where we do all our training work. It’s not like a big school or a training center with a lobby. It’s just a few rooms set up with chairs and some equipment. People come here to learn new skills or get some practice in. Shahadara is a crowded part of the city, and the streets around the MIG flats are always full of activity. You can hear kids playing or people selling things on the street while we are inside working. We have been here for a while and we know the regulars. We don't do much advertising. People mostly find out about us by word of mouth in the neighborhood. The space inside is simple and we try to keep it clean, but it's definitely lived-in. We spend the day teaching or preparing materials for the next group. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans to keep things moving. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we need to do. We just want to help people get the training they need so they can move on to better things. Sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow when moving stuff in, but we manage.
