Trainee

We’ve been here at Trainee for a while now, right near the railway station on Bajghera Road in Gurgaon. It’s a busy spot. People usually find us easily because of the trains passing by all day. We handle our day-to-day work from this small office. It’s nothing fancy, just a place where we get things done. Most of the folks around here know us by name. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us working hard. The traffic on Bajghera Road can get a bit much in the evenings, but we like it here. It's practical. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on what’s in front of us. It’s been quite a journey being based in Gurgaon. The station being so close makes it easy for some of our guys to commute. Sometimes the noise from the tracks gets loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just keep our heads down and do the work. If you’re ever walking down from the station, you’ll probably see our sign. It's a simple setup. We started out small and stayed that way because it works for us. There isn't much to say other than we're just local people doing our jobs. Every day is different, but the location stays the same. We like the neighborhood. It's not perfect, but it's ours and we are proud to be part of the community here.
