We are based out of A1/65 in the Aya Nagar Extension. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Shiv Durga Mandir. You can usually hear the bells from the temple in the mornings, which is actually quite nice. This part of New Delhi is always buzzing with energy. People are walking by, autos are honking, and there’s always something happening on the street. Our office for Toshali Resorts is just a simple room where we handle the bookings and the phone calls. We aren't a big corporate setup with glass walls. It’s more of a ground-level place where the door is often left open for a bit of air. The dust gets in sometimes, so we are always wiping down the desks. We have a few old calendars on the wall and a map of the areas we deal with. The team is small, just a handful of us who have known each other for a couple of years. We usually get tea from the shop next to the Mandir because they make it extra sweet. Aya Nagar is a bit crowded, and the lanes are narrow, so we tell everyone to come by rickshaw if they can. It’s an honest place to work. We don't have air conditioning in every single corner, but the ceiling fans are strong. We just focus on getting the tasks done one by one until the day is over.
