We are located over on New Mata Road in Rajiv Nagar, which stays pretty busy most days of the week. Top Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd has been running out of this Gurgaon office for some time now. Most mornings start with the sound of the shutters going up and the smell of tea from the stall nearby. It is not a fancy glass building like the ones you see in the bigger tech parks, but it works for us and the local people who stop by. We spend a lot of our time looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for folks wanting to head out of town. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, and we all just sit around talking until it comes back. It is just a small team here, maybe three or four of us on a good day. We handle a lot of train bookings and bus tickets too, not just the big international stuff. People walk in with all sorts of questions about visas or where to stay in places they have never been. We try to keep everything organized on our desks, but with all the papers and receipts, it gets a bit messy by the afternoon. Gurgaon traffic can be a real headache, so we usually stay late to let the roads clear out a bit. It is just a normal office where we try to get things done without too much fuss. We know the neighbors and the local shop owners well by now.
