Our office is at U62/10 in DLF Phase III, Gurgaon. The pincode is 122002 if you are looking for it on a map. This part of Gurgaon is always moving. There are people everywhere and bikes zooming through the lanes. Our space is tucked away in the U block. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you aren't used to these streets. We handle a lot of packages and documents every single day. The floor is usually covered with tape dispensers and shipping labels. It gets pretty loud when the sorting starts. We don't have fancy furniture or a lounge. It’s mostly just metal shelves and heavy-duty tables. We have a small desk near the front where we keep the logs. The walls are painted a plain color that has faded over the years. We spend a lot of time on our feet moving things around. The delivery drivers are always coming in and out, checking their watches and grabbing their clips. It’s a fast-paced environment but we try to keep a rhythm so nothing gets lost. On rainy days, the alley outside gets a bit muddy and we have to be careful not to track it all over the parcels. It’s a basic operation but we have our system down. We’ve been in this building for a long time and the neighborhood knows us well.
