Tirupati Associates

Tirupati Associates is tucked away in the Vyapar Kendra at Sushant Lok Phase I, specifically at Ugf 52. If you have ever been to the Kendra, you know it is a maze of small offices and shops. We have been in this unit for quite a while. The office is small and usually smells a bit like incense and tea. We handle all sorts of travel needs, from booking simple train tickets to organizing longer trips for families. We don't have any glossy brochures or fancy computer screens. Most of our work is done on some old desktops that have been with us for years. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who walk in from the market. They usually have a lot of questions about prices and timings, and we do our best to give them straight answers. It is a very practical business. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people telling their friends about us. Some days we are just buried under piles of ticket printouts and receipt books. It can be a bit chaotic, but we have our own system for keeping track of everything. We are just regular people working a regular job in a busy part of town. We like the people who keep coming back to us year after year, and those relationships mean more to us than anything else.
