You can find us at B-36 in the R.B.I. Colony, which is situated in the Hauz Khas area of New Delhi. It is a very well-known part of the city, but our specific corner in the colony is actually quite peaceful. We operate as Thomas Cook (India) Ltd. from this location. Instead of being in a big shopping mall, we are tucked away in this residential pocket where there are plenty of trees and not too much through traffic. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have our desks, a few cupboards for files, and a place for guests to sit if they are waiting. A lot of our work involves helping people with their travel plans or currency needs, and we’ve been doing it from here for a long time. We don't have a big team of people in suits. We are just regular staff who know the neighborhood well and like the quiet atmosphere of the colony. Sometimes we take a break and walk down to the local market for a snack. It’s a very relaxed way to work compared to the busy offices in the center of the city. We don't try to sound like a big corporation when we talk to people. We just give them the information they need and try to be helpful in a simple, direct way. It is a good place to work and the neighbors are all very nice to us.
