So, The Unitech Ltd. is based out here in Gurgaon. This city has changed a whole lot over the years, and we have been part of the local landscape for a good long while. If you drive around anywhere in Gurgaon today, you can see how much construction and business is happening on almost every corner. We are right in the thick of all that movement. Our office is pretty much what you would expect for a company that deals with the kind of scale we do here. There is always someone coming in or going out, usually carrying some blueprints or stacks of documents. It gets pretty hectic around the office. We do not really go in for those polished marketing talks or shiny brochures. We just focus on the actual projects we have in front of us. Most of the time, the team is just trying to stay on top of various schedules and making sure the sites are actually moving along. Gurgaon is a tough place to work sometimes because of the intense heat and the traffic, but we make it work. It involves a lot of coordination and endless phone calls. Sometimes things do not go perfectly, and we have to sit down and figure it out from scratch. That is just how this business goes. We have got a lot of history in this particular city. You see our name on buildings everywhere. We just keep our heads down and work on the next thing.
