The Lord Shiva Residency

The Lord Shiva Residency is based over at 103/02 in Silver Oaks. Being in DLF Phase-1 means things are usually moving pretty fast around here, but our spot is relatively tucked away. It’s a straightforward setup where we mostly just keep things running for the people who need a place to stay. Most mornings start with the sound of the traffic on the main road, but once you get inside the building, it settles down a bit. We spend a lot of time on basic stuff like making sure the rooms are ready and the bills are sorted out. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us here every day. We’ve got the regular maintenance to deal with, like fixing the plumbing or checking the internet when it gets slow. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years with more buildings going up, but we’re still here in our corner. People come here because it’s convenient for their work in Gurgaon. We don't have fancy uniforms or a massive lobby with marble floors. It’s more like a regular house that’s been set up to take in guests. There’s a small area where we keep the records and a spot for some tea. Sometimes the heat in the summer gets to be a lot, so we make sure the coolers are working right. It’s just how we spend our days, looking after the place and the folks who stop by.
