The Leela Kempinski Gurgaon

We are over at Ews-003 in Windsor Court, right in DLF Phase IV. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a decent spot. Most people think of big hotels when they hear the name, but this office here is pretty basic. We handle some of the backend stuff and coordination. The office has a few desks and a lot of paper. Gurgaon heat is no joke, so the AC is always running when we are inside. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just sit around waiting for it to come back. We have some regulars who drop by for paperwork. It's not a flashy place at all. The floor is just plain and we have some old files stacked in the corner. We get our lunch from the local dhabas or bring it from home. You can see the big buildings from our window but it feels different down here in the Ews block. We spend the day answering emails and talking to people on the phone. It gets a bit noisy when the kids are playing outside in the afternoon. We’ve been at this address for a while and we know the shortcuts around DLF. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of the tasks. No one wears fancy suits here. We just wear what’s comfortable and get on with the day. The tea kettle in the corner gets a lot of use every single morning.
