This is a bit of a funny situation. The name is The Heritage Village Resort from Manesar, but this specific office is in Patna. We are at Bank Road, Quarter Number B/76, in care of Mr. S.K. Verma. It is a residential area, so it is not like a big hotel lobby here. We handle things for the resort from this side. It is mostly taking messages, handling some bookings, and dealing with local inquiries from Bihar. The office is small and tucked away. We have a lot of files about the resort in Manesar, but here in Patna, it is much quieter. Mr. Verma has been running things from this spot for a while. We do not have a big staff here. It is just a couple of us. We spend a lot of time explaining to people that the actual resort is in Gurgaon. Sometimes people get confused by the address. We have a few old desks and a reliable landline that we depend on. The neighborhood is nice, right near Bank Road. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters.
