The Haritage Village(Trainee Captain)

This place is basically Room No-3 in House No -U 5011 over in Dlf-3, Gurgaon. It is a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren't from Haryana. We work as trainee captains here, which means we are mostly learning the ropes and figuring out how things are supposed to run. It's not a massive corporate office with a view. It's more of a practical space where we can focus on our training. There are a few of us here and we spend a lot of time going over procedures and making sure we understand the daily tasks. Dlf-3 is a busy area, but our little room stays pretty quiet. We have our notebooks and our schedules pinned to the wall. It’s a lot of reading and practicing how to manage things once we are out on the floor. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We aren't here to impress anyone with a big building; we are just here to do the training. The house is like many others in the neighborhood, and we've gotten used to the daily walk from the main road. It’s a simple setup for people who are just starting out and trying to learn a trade. We just take it day by day and try to get everything right before our shift ends.
