The Great Kabab Factory (Rhw)

Our location is at House Number 6 on the border of Delhi and Haryana. The pin code is 110036. It’s an interesting spot because you’re almost in two places at once. We go by the name The Great Kabab Factory. Despite the name, we aren't some huge industrial plant. We are just a team of people working out of this house. We focus on making kababs. The space inside is mostly taken up by the cooking equipment and storage for ingredients. It’s a busy environment. We have a lot of orders to handle, so there is always something sizzling or being prepped. The neighborhood around House Number 6 is quite plain, just a mix of residences and small businesses. We don't have a big storefront with lights. It’s more of a functional workspace. Sometimes the delivery bikes are lined up outside, waiting to take food out. We deal with the heat from the grills all day long. It can be tiring, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy decorations. We just make sure the food is ready on time. People in the 110036 area know us, and that is enough. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the road change quite a bit. It’s a straightforward business and we just keep our heads down and work.
