The Coordinators-An Event Management Company is located at 165/4 Model Town in Gurgaon. Model Town is a bit more of an older, established residential area, which gives our office a bit of a homey feel. We have been coordinating events from this spot for a while. Our office is usually filled with samples, leftover decorations, and stacks of folders from past projects. It can look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. Planning events is a lot of phone calls and sitting around a table trying to figure out logistics. We do not have a sleek, modern office because we would rather spend our time out at venues getting things ready. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day we are talking to vendors, and the next we are counting chairs. We do not try to sound like a giant agency. We are just local people who know how to put a party or a meeting together. Being in Model Town means we are close to the markets and can grab supplies quickly if we need to. There is always someone coming by to drop off a delivery or talk about a new project. We just take things as they come and try to keep our clients happy without all the corporate talk. It is a busy life, but it is what we do and we like it. (253 words)
